According to the definition from the Global Healing Centers website, "Aerobic workout is a type of movement like running or cycling that gets your heart working faster and improves your o2 intake."
Good examples of aerobic physical exercise are; jogging, active yoga, cycling, fast walking, circuit training, snow skiing and rollerblading.

Ok, so we are all informed we should partake in aerobic exercising to obtain several rewards, for example, weight-loss, better skin and muscle build. However that's not all! You'll find psychological benefits of aerobic exercise too!
So, do you know the psychological benefits of aerobic exercise?

Simply speaking, the benefits are: enhanced mood, decreases nervousness, reduces depression and acts as a barrier against stress.
However lets get into a little more detail.

Once we exercise aerobically, the body produces little chemical known as endorphins, which, scientifically speaking, are polypeptides, which are ready to bind to the neuron-receptors inside the brain to provide relief from pain. Endorphins aren't just produced from physical exercise; they're also brought about by deep-breathing, yoga, taking in spicy food and heavy laughter. Just don't do all five simultaneously.
Endorphins are believed to generate 4 key effects on the body; they alleviate pain, they lower stress, they improve the immune system and they delay the aging process.
It could be worthwhile to keep some fitness machine, they might make things simpler for you. I prefer to exercise outdoors yet I do own an indoor immobile bike, this way, if it's raining, I have no reason not to workout.

Reduces Anxiety and Depression

Do you experience feeling like the world is collapsing on top of you? I think everyone does at 1 stage or another. If you keep positive, it will pass. Aerobic workout is a great way to keep optimistic. When you're stressed, one must always get ample sleep. People in fact hit the sack quicker, are more refreshed and have clearer memories. Exercising increases the the flow of blood to the mind, giving extra sugar and oxygen, which could help when focusing. And once again, the little endorphins may make you happier, causing you to feel like maybe it'll all be ok just after all.

So, in conclusion, exercise! There are too various gains you will be losing if you don't.
